Thank you for your interest in the Auxiliary. To belong to the Auxiliary, you must be 19 years of age.

Here are the steps to applying to be an Auxiliary Volunteer:

STEP ONE:  FILL OUT AN APPLICATION FORM

There are three ways to access our application form.

One:  Pick one up at the hospital Info desk, Gift Shop or at our Thrift Shop on 3rd Ave.

Two:  Print a copy of the application form by clicking here  Membership print form then fill it out by hand,

Three:  Go back to the main menu and under Volunteer Application Part Two, fill the application directly on line on your computer or tablet.  Hit ‘submit’ and it will reach us!

 STEP TWO: RCMP INFORMATION CHECK

Click on the following site.  RCMP Information Check –   When you reach this site, you will need to send the RCMP an email and they will send you an automated email with the pdf form for you to fill out.  Fill out the form and take it to the RCMP office downtown along with The RCMP confirmation letter below. If your computer or tablet will not allow you to access the RCMP form, you may have to get one from the RCMP office downtown when you bring them your confirmation letter below.

STEP THREE:  PRINT THE CONFIRMATION LETTER

Print and fill out the RCMP Auxiliary Confirmation Letter –RCMP Application Confirmation Letter Bring this with you to the RCMP office. When  the police check is completed, the RCMP will call you to pick up your police check form.

STEP FOUR:  CALL FOR AN INTERVIEW

Once you have this RCMP form, contact Rhonda, Auxiliary Membership Convenor at 250-561-1765 to arrange an interview.  You can bring the police check form to the interview.
